A Gadjah Mada University psychology graduate, she has worked for over 30 years in national and multinational companies (industrial manufacturing, marketing, and retail) in various fields such as government relations, leadership development, recruitment and assessment, talent management, customer relationship management, customer service quality, commercial engineering, change management, lean manufacturing, industry 4.0, competency development, etc. Her achievements consist of: the contact center world championship in quality control and technology, the contact center national championship in 3rd place, the Astra and National QCC-QCP-Innovation award multiple times, and the Indi 4.0 award from the Industrial Ministry.
Certified in : Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the International Coach Federation, Asesor Kompetensi MSDM - BNSP, Customer Service Excellent, Lean manufacturing & Lean organization, Neuroscience Practitioner, Handwriting Analysis, Assessor of Assessment Center, and NLP. She is also involved in AISI (as Secretary 3), as general secretary of IKKP, the human resource development field of IATO, the membership field of KICI, Secretary of Yayasan Putik, and as one of the administrators of HIMPSI Jaya.
